zero work life balance no growth sometimes you gotta travel to gurgaon....long working hours they dont have team according to workload..most of the staff sits till 9pm usually...
workload is too much. working time is too much. normally we have to sit till 9 pm daily even though we have no work to do. Director Mannu nagpal is very rude person. salary increment and growth is very minimum.
