For me the most outstanding thing is the willingness to help and patience of the whole team. The team has been very patient with my learning process, always giving me advice or trying to make me understand some concept or situation in a simpler way. It has been easy to understand the processes because the team wants you to have a general idea of each position, either administratively, understanding the recruitment parameters, how we calculate the processes, how we understand and serve customers, and how our priority is to give security to the cleaners that we have their back and to the customers that they will have an excellent service experience. And personally, it is refreshing to know that the team in general is looking for all of us to meet the objectives and do our part in the best way possible to go further, the sense of camaraderie is strong and in addition to fellowship there is friendship and understanding.

Working at MaidThis Cleaning has been an incredible experience. The entire team is truly amazing — always positive, uplifting, and ready to support each other. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued. The environment is one of genuine trust and collaboration, where everyone is encouraged to do their best and grow. What stands out the most is the leadership. The general manager has been beyond amazing — not only as a leader but as a mentor and source of constant support. They’re always there when I need help, guidance, or just someone to talk through a challenge. They’ve provided so many opportunities for me to grow both professionally and financially, and they’ve consistently shown that they genuinely care about my success and well-being. I’ve never worked in a place where I’ve felt so supported, appreciated, and motivated.
