Very Bad work environment, terrible and incompetent management. Which was a major part of the many reasons I left. Also The company was recently bought out by an employee and completely changed not only their budget , but their main focus of work. I do not believe in the new management or plan and would not put my future in the hands of the new managers for a myriad of reasons. Number one being their lack of character and respect. Number two being they are reworking the company from a smaller budget and actively shrinking while trying to grow by using their available methods of building profit which I am not interested in supporting. I am now working with a much larger HVAC company , going through further training which I missed out on while working for MSP.

Being a small company means minimum staffing and long work hours.
