There isn't a good reason to work here.If you can look somewhere else go,I strongly suggest it. The salary is basic with the living cost you can barely make it out. The responsibilities are way more then what you are paid for not worth it.Toxic environment the moment you make a mistake really depends on if they like you or not for the repercussions. You are litterally taken as just another number they are apatic to your heatlh and mental situations yet they claim they do worry!They don't care how you feel..come into work otherwise bye.Never good comments to say about what you do good at work always always negative feedback.Colleagues here complain every minute of every day very exhausting yet they're the ones that are praised.Make it make sense.Even if you try to recover from negative feedback you are always critized or joked about it so why make an effort when it's not recongnized?People who have been here for a shorter period of time and do the bare minimum are rewarded and not even spoked about how they do wrong things so this makes me think of why some of us go above and beyond when others barely go above average. Woman here are viewed as less..and woman vs woman is always a competition very very toxic..Alot of gossip 24/7 not even exaggerating it is pathetic and very High schoolish.. I strongly suggest you run in the opposite direction when it comes to this place!!
