There are reasons why nearly all of the dozen employees have been with the company for 5 or more years. This team of dedicated professionals care about each other, and the owner guides the whole enterprise via his father's motto "practice capitalism with a human face." Maison Gerard takes pains to show appreciation for the staff, and believes in the value of building long-term relationships. It's a 50-year-old company that leads globally in the field of top-end design and home decor, and that's something of which we all are proud.
Cons
We are a small team handling multiple exhibition and project spaces, and each person shoulders a lot of responsibility in the collective effort to keep on top of it all.
