I really enjoyed working with MP. Learnt alot, gained lots of experience under a great team of executives. I was always understood. They treated us like we were shareholders. Our ideas and thoughts mattered. Afew points; Understood the Importance of Work-Life Balance. Communicative And flexible. Requests were granted. Recognizes Employee Accomplishments.
