      It's a steady job and income.

      Cons

      Men are treated better than the women, Lots of favouritism in the office. They show no respect to the women in the office. They constantly push the office staff to work more with no incentive in years.

      You get a pay cheque every week even if its an unfair wage.

      Cons

      Women are disrespected all the time, treated unfairly. Lots of favoritism. Some girls over step and think they are better than others. Men have way more incentives and better pay.

      The team I worked directly with was kind and very easy to work with. Great benefits.

      Toxic work environment, disrespectful in the office, too much politics. There is favouritism and lack of accountability. The culture of the company is not good and laced with anger.
