Overall a good place to learn. Good start for fresh graduate to gain experience
Pros
- salary is good - you learn from below, you will able to grow if you work with the right team. i am very thankful to my manager because she taught me a lot - i was promoted within a short period - recently they improved salary payment (pay salary early) - easy to apply for leave as long as you apply early - my boss is really helpful even though they busy attending meetings. salute!
Cons
- workload. the documentation gave me a headache. but when you dah biasa should be ok - if you tak ngam with certain staff they will badmouth you to the boss - every Saturday work half day so no work-life balance. i hope they consider alternate in future ;/ - favoritism at its finest - one more thing if you are Admin especially front desk be prepared to kena maki with residents even though the issue is not your fault. sabor je la
