      The type of projects you receive is valuable for your portfolio

      Cons

      The work pace is ridiculous. There’s a lot of micromanagement and they do not pay on time. They still owe me one month and of course they will not pay. Do not work here, you will get exhausted and not rewarded.

      Pathetic Company

      Pros

      They will give you tough time and you will learn alot . If you hired as backend . They will move you anywhere mobile, frontend and even change the language you originally selectd for . Like in mu case I hired as Java Engineer but I mostly worked on Frontend , angular typescript and CMS.

      Cons

      They will load you with a lot of burden and irrelevent work and they are totally client based if client leave your job will be end . There is no work life balance at all. Be carefull before joinning. They dont pay you the bonuses and leave encashments . Like for me i did not avail any annual leave and they promise that they will en-cash it but when I asked for that they did not pay me and remove me from slack and disable my accout.
