Remote working and great ideas.
Cons
Argumentative, negative outlook in senior positions. Having to deal with the negative atmosphere (even with remote working) was extremely exhausting. Have a "Do as I say and not what I do" attitude.

Really pleased to have landed this creative full-time position. The company cares about employees as much as they do the content they are making and have been flexible. Working from home is great with the option to work in a co-working space. The team are really friendly and supportive. The company is really open to suggestions on how to improve working practice.
Cons
Can take a while to learn the processes.
