      Cons

      Working with a startup that is constantly growing, there are quite a few changes you need to adapt to rapidly, which does get a little overwhelming at times but is worth the experience and growth that it brings along.

      Micromanaging CEO, public beratings, huge staff turnover, office politics. They have a facade of exuding progressive values and positive work culture but in reality that is far from the truth.
