-Extremely poor management especially at senior level -No HR - absolutely nobody to approach if you are concerned about something. -Anything positive is very rarely acknowledged. For example: exceeding daily target was never praised. But on days where sales targets were not met, it was always highlighted. -there is no on-going training. -"head office" is merely 2 individuals who basically operate the company. -Zero support. No coaching & training. You do something that isn't up to their standard, you get scolded. -staff favouritism
