      Pros

      Cried every day after work because of senior managers attitudes as they screamed at you. My wife and I struggled wondering whether to keep the job to pay the bills and be miserable.

      Cons

      Management is blind to the senior directors' inability to manage people and how mean they are to you when you join. Please do something to help new hires feel welcome.

      Income; owner was a flashy, high end dresser

      Cons

      The owner was a bully; was unprofessional in her conduct towards employees I have since learned any time a previous employee used her as a reference she would make it an opportunity to give t hem the worse personal reference possible which I had witnessed personally, such as impugning their personal integrity.
