Pros

The actual people who make the company money are awesome. Very friendly and easy to get along with. The top people who make decisions and have influence over the company need to go.

Cons

If you look up the word, "micromanagement," you will see his face. I agree with the other reviewers that the Managing Partner who oversees the entire recruitment and sales team has got to be the worst person I've ever worked for. He will time you. He will check what you've been doing between calls. He will check how many times you've gone to the bathroom and for how long. The employees here are treated like robots. You are constantly reminded you are replaceable if you don't do what they say. I've actually heard the Managing Partner say, "I hate the word 'try.' Just do it." The HR dept will do nothing about it because they're all scared to manage up to him. The management cares only about quantity over quality. They don't care if you had a meaningful conversation with a prospect. If they can't make the company money NOW, they will reprimand you for "wasting time." Sales and recruiting are about building relationships. This company clearly doesn't understand how that works. They don't care about your professional growth. They will only promote you only if you make enough money for them. That might make sense in a business sense, but they don't give you the right tools and resources to help you get there. Why? Because you're spending 5-6 hours a day on the phone selling and recruiting. There's no time to develop your skills. It was physically and emotionally draining for me to get up in the morning to work for a company I truly despised. The day I left was one of the happiest days of my life.

Pros

The only good thing here is the team. The AEs and recruiters are great people to work with every day.

Cons

Where do I even start? They do not value their employees' happiness at all - you are just a number here. They don't care about losing employees and constantly remind you that to them you are completely replaceable. Commission checks are constantly late. HR is at the mercy of management so there is no point to try and report any grievances. Managers have no problem sending you inappropriately harsh and unprofessional emails. There is no structure and expectations are unrealistic for the resources they give their employees. DO NOT work here.

Pros

Ability to work from home, provided laptop, no long or time consuming commute, somewhat flexible schedule, friendly and professional recruiter

Cons

Training consisted of 1.5 hours! That was it! Plus, manager was not available to answer questions after said training. Heartless company! Time off needed due to illness in the family and upon return, “position was eliminated!” I am thankful this companies true colors were seen early on so my time was not wasted anymore than it was! Beware of this unprofessional company!
