Pros
Good company, the owner and management staff will advocate for their staff if a client is being unreasonable. Responsibilities are relatively well defined for each role. A wide range of unique situations and clients.
Cons
Tends to suffer all the typical cons of an MSP. * Career progression and education activities are your own responsibility. * Often your ideas cannot come to fruition as clients don't want to be billed for your extra effort. * You can never become too invested in the one client as there are always other clients to assist.

Location is Ipswich so going against the traffic Company size is around 30-35 employees so not too big All of the staff are generally nice
Cons
No full-time work from home available No paid-on-call, only paid for jobs you do. Management does not really listen to the little people
