Everybody has health issues including management Your not allowed to asked question(you will be seen as incapable) Constant pressure Toxic workplace Bad Management Favoritism Zero leave No holiday even on new year and worldwide holidays You must work even when you are sick (when there is priority) There is always priority Micromanagement Zero appreciation Constant blame on devs and never management You work overtime everyday (Its your whole life) working on weekends unpaid compelled Single dev handling 10projects at once and constantly been blamed everywhere
