      Pathetic culture Partiality at peak (Favourtism for seniors only) No respect to junior including basic respect Good position people having No technical knowledge Unprofessionalism at peak No opportunity to learn as the person above you will always be insecure All directors are drunk on power & damn insecure so much that they dont allot their operations to others Straight away too much jealously with each other (Intangible)
