Hybrid work, Casual environment. Interesting, nice people. High energy.

Cons

Senior management. Two faced people. Growth within the company is an illusion. They make up the rules as they go along. Favoritism. Rules don't apply to everyone. VR selling pitch to clients is misleading. Most projects never get this. Younger staff overworked.

There is a lot to say in this section. To sum it up, the current foundation of the firm is a lot of PR fluff and the backs of hard working employees trying to be proud of the work they do.
