Hybrid work, Casual environment. Interesting, nice people. High energy.

Senior management. Two faced people. Growth within the company is an illusion. They make up the rules as they go along. Favoritism. Rules don't apply to everyone. VR selling pitch to clients is misleading. Most projects never get this. Younger staff overworked.
