Good place to learn, good team, if you are really good at self-learning and manage interpersonal relationships.

Don't think too much about your salary, different role have different working schedule and is flexible.

The coworkers are nice. I have made friends whom I'm still in contact with.

Cons

MCG owed me two month worth of payment for over a year now. I've been contacting them for over 6 months trying to collect my money. The founder is unethical. Good at making empty promises, taking advantage of college students without spending a penny out of pocket.
