Pros

The coworkers are nice. I have made friends whom I'm still in contact with.

Cons

MCG owed me two month worth of payment for over a year now. I've been contacting them for over 6 months trying to collect my money. The founder is unethical. Good at making empty promises, taking advantage of college students without spending a penny out of pocket.

I'm sorry to hear about your review. I personally deal with invoices and would address any emails received on this nature, but there is no one I haven't responded to. Please email me right away to address any payments you feel are outstanding.

Pros

flexible working time - I mean Monday-Friday on call any time.... a cute dog maybe....

Cons

No management system here. Can't really feel I have a manager. The job I have is easy, just waste my time. Have nothing to learn. I think I know more than my senior manager. I heard that my company never pay. Whatever, mine is non-paid intern Zero career opportunity Zero benefits Heavy work duty

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We suggest you meet with your administration contact to discuss the issues you may have and how we can move forward. We hope that our staff loves what they do and enjoy their roles. If at any time, anyone feels they aren't challenged, learning something on a daily basis, and feel there is no future at their work organization, it may not be a fit for that individual. Everyone should be happy with their career choices.

Pros

- Boss is using every way to have you in the company as a free labor - Many empty promises, such like if you work hard, we will apply working visa for you, to keep you working for the company, But as matter of fact, the company is not a qualify company who can apply working visa for its employees. - Boss leads with unclear goals and inconstant decisions - Never pay on time, and still own me 2 months payments

Cons

- Never pay on time. - The boss will take advantage of hiring many Chinese students who are not familiar with US labor laws and are particularly vulnerable to a predatory and entrapping contract. And there is no way to get any benefit from the company, such like fairly payment, life benefit, working visa.etc - the contract for contractor have no benefit for you with a great title but nothing show on your offer.

We are sorry to read about your negative experience. We can't speak of your situation and what you may have been privy to, but we do have several active H1B employees. We apologize if you were unable to obtain a sponsorship with our organization. None of our employees and independent contractors are students. All filled roles are candidates who have graduated and have the relevant degree for their respective positions. Again, we apologize if you were misinformed. Please contact your administration contact if you have any further questions.
