High expectations and low pay in a chaotic environment

Will hire anyone, it won't matter if you don't have any experience in sales.
Cons
Worked there for 2 years. They capped commissions to $600. Which is crazy even if you make them 10k in front end. Really out of the world expectations for backend ($1,700) you get 5% of backend. Anything less than that is spared change. If you quit they won't honor any pto you have left, even if you used it. Managers wont TO any deals Finance managers wont TO anything. When they have issues with customers always put the sales person in the front line. Sales floor is filled with teenagers. I guess they can afford working there because most of them live with their parents. Managers give the best deals to the oldest sales person there. And he won't blink twice to steal a deal from you.
