- Autonomous Role - Engaged CEO that instills trust to execute strategies - Young and vibrant sales team - One of the best jobs I've had which was due to the relationships I formed there.

Cons

There are high expectations to deliver but if you can perform your job well you can quickly earn the trust of the senior management team. There were no cons that I experienced in my time there
