The great first company for those who love learning
Pros
- Good environment (the people are very supportive) - Guaranteed work-life balance for a FMCG company - Everyday is a learning day - Good facilities (beyond average company in Indonesia) - Taking a leave is not hard at all (very respectful)
Cons
- The base salary and THP are not pretty competitive compared to other global FMCG companies based in Indonesia - Too many layers to make a decision - 90% employees (at least in HO) are gen Y and X, so, it's quite challenging to stay relevant with the younger generation as the main target of the brands, somehow it limits the creativity & innovation as well as the longer process of development to be done - No certainty to be promoted (very slow career path) - As someone who's pretty ambitious, the company system doesn't provide this type of person to grow significantly
