      Pros

      Teaches you a lot about corporate politics.

      Cons

      Employees asked to post fake reviews on Glassdoor and other sites. A really unpleasant work culture. Hire and Fire environment. The higher ups would promise you better positions but won't live up to those fake promises. Some must-know facts: Won't let you use mobile phones at all. 6-work weeks. Would take any chance to cut your salary. Slurs and tantrums from unqualified AVP (who really doesn't know anything) P.S. This review is also applicable to other sites like Delhi and Jamshedpur

      Pros

      I joined Manglam in September, 2024. It’s been almost 4 months. Will say, a good company to start your career as a fresher. Joined as a marketing executive and been working on various campaigns. I am gaining knowledge as well as practical experience.
