9 hour work days with 1 hour unpaid lunch, even if your lunch doesn't take 1 hour, non-negotiable. For a salary position. Low salary. Bad management. Dead weight COO. Strict schedule. Very disorganized workflow and structure. No finished product or prototype. Don't waste your time, only take it if you're fresh out of university and don't have any other options. Even then, keep looking for a better one while you're there. I promise you can do better.
