      colleagues helping each other when need help

      Cons

      Exploitative management. overpromises more than they can deliver. Poor leadership resulting in high turnover each month. Management who shouts when upset. Work Interference from CEO’ daughter at times which affects operation. Messy HR department which cant tell u your AL leave balance & some occasional salary payment

      - Free doughnuts (2 doughnuts for staff MEAL, but rules enforced to discard the 100 over leftover doughnuts): of course, 2 doughnuts will definitely make a very filling meal - Build your leg muscles by standing the whole day with zero opportunities to rest even when there are no customers - Coworkers are too kind and friendly to be working under such a oppressive management

      All cons stated by other reviews are 100% accurate. - Low pay: $7 per hour. The pay is not reflective of the amount of work you put in. - Management constantly comes up with new rules on the spot, just to find fault in employees, which no documentation of rules. Management always tries to argue over small matters. Bosses can be immature, and do not listen to the opinions of others, even when they are wrong. - Enjoy a lack of privacy as the management watches your actions through the CCTV just to find mistakes to pinpoint: what a golden opportunity for you to experience helicopter parenting out of home! - Unreasonable working hours, even for students who are still schooling. Threatens with firing when working day quota is not reached. - Inhuman working environment - Pay slips are given late, no notice given when money is transferred. - Inefficient HR: took more than 2 months before giving final salary and having to collect it in person in an industrial park. - Basically, get ready to get mistreated and taken advantage of.

      No pros here, just bad stuff

      Cons

      No matter what you do, please don’t work with this company. They will hold back your salary and HR is very messy. Got blocked too when asking for last payroll. Clique environment.
