Where awful managers can excel

Pros

Managers never log salaried employees time off in SAP so you can have endless vacation.

Cons

This is the company where terrible employees can advance to management simply by sucking up. Company runs on the flavor of the day and it shows since it is floundering. Everyone that is there is only there because they can't hack it in a real company.

Family oriented company. Great learning and development environment. Each facility is unique in its own way and is treated with respect at the corporate level. I left the company in 2012 and it is by far the best place I have worked so far.

Cons

No cons to think of. Great benefits, culture, compensation, talent development and leadership.
