That culture has made a big difference in sustaining a long career in such a competitive industry. Just as meaningful has been the relationships built with customers. Many of those partnerships have evolved over time into long-term, trusted relationships. Being able to help customers navigate fuel supply challenges, optimize their operations, and stay resilient during market swings has been one of the most fulfilling parts of the job.
