Pros

Offered benefits after 3 month probation period, casual dress

Cons

Job responsibilities were misadvertised. Not much 'lab' work, rather picking and packing parts for orders. Quality control team lead was very unwelcoming, no proper training was provided by team lead but made passive comments and expected that new employees knew the work flow. Did not fill new employees in on upcoming team-wide meetings, project updates, etc.
