Management interfered with my design intent and did not have the structural experience or ability to challenge calculations properly, only challenged my design to please a client and never provided evidence. Often times management would slander me to the clients after I left as I have eye witness testimony that they said I made too many mistakes on the jobs and they had to get rid of me. Tony Mantecon was often heard using my name in a derogatory manor when talking about jobs I didn’t even work on according to eye witness testimony . It was clear they like to slander people and tell lies as the employment ended due to a random illegal reduction in salary and not a lack of performance on my part . No evidence was provided or mentioned that indicated a lack of performance on any of my projects .
