Management interfered with my design intent and did not have the structural experience or ability to challenge calculations properly, only challenged my design to please a client and never provided evidence. Often times management would slander me to the clients after I left as I have eye witness testimony that they said I made too many mistakes on the jobs and they had to get rid of me. Tony Mantecon was often heard using my name in a derogatory manor when talking about jobs I didn’t even work on according to eye witness testimony . It was clear they like to slander people and tell lies as the employment ended due to a random illegal reduction in salary and not a lack of performance on my part . No evidence was provided or mentioned that indicated a lack of performance on any of my projects .

No work/life boundaries. Vague expectations. Very unprofessional environment. No training. They recently ran out of room for everyone due to new hires and it felt like we were being packed like sardines. Mandatory 1 hour unpaid lunches.
