Good for freshers and college pass outs.

Cons

This is a hell place for experienced employees. The HR team is worst enough to torture you with mental pressure. Director thinks he owns the company and he pays from his pocket. Very poor culture and toxic environment. Management is more concerned about the dress code and not about the daily task or the operational quality that you do.
