Business Entity concept - Agile CRM is NOT a company as it violates this concept at the core. This is a one man show. You work for HIM and not the company.
Every working morning, I felt like I am going to a place to do brooming and dusting of HIS house. If he says to do just dusting, one has to do that and if he says to wash his car instead, one has to do that. Forget about your dignity as a corporate professional, you won't be even treated as Human.
One wouldn't be definitely in a worse situation than this. We atleast give few days/weeks heads-up if we need to let go our domestic help. He will not even give that, one fine day HIS MOOD will swing and he would terminate random 31 people!
There is no office infra, one small place, you may be in a situation to even share a chair (being little sarcastic here :)) . One washroom of 10X8 for 200 Gentlemen !!
Leaves - it is never your right here . If he wishes, he will approve, otherwise every time you fall sick or have other urgent business, you better be ready to take a pay cut. Each day your gross salary/working days !!
Careful !! His company is NOT in India and hence he is not bound by the law of the land. He may tell you that you are not eligible for gratuity even after 6/7 years working under him because it was Not mentioned in the offer letter !!!! Don't scratch your head much, I found 1 guy in such situation, all others leave or terminated in less than a year or 1.5 max.
You don't have a job, it's ok. Keep on searching, you get offer from any XYZ with 50% less salary than this, take my word, XYZ is 100% better option for you.
