No pros except the client is Pearson and completely remote because Pearson doesn't have office in India for Developers
Cons
Everything is cons. 1. They does not provide offer letter until join. 2. They doesn't any leave policy, Termination policy, Notice period mentioned in offer letter. 3. Offer letter will only contains Salary breakup nothing else 4. If you ask them to provide they will ignore your mails and messages(free slack version they are using and calls are not allowed or limited period of calls) 5. Salary will get credit on 5th of every month, for that also you need to beg in front of murthy. 6. No medical insurance provided. 7. No portal provide to apply attendance. 8. No portal provide to connect with internal team, to get help from HR. 9. HR will keep on delaying to provide the basic answer of your queries. 10. No internet Reimbursement 11. Laptop will also be provided by Pearson 12. You need to use your personal mail id to connect with HR of Manuh Technologies. 13. They will tell management will decide but their is only murthy no management.
