    I worked at Manulife full-time

    Pros

    - Great Compensation & Benefits (cash & non-cash)
    - Better Fringe benefits
    - Best company to work for in Asia

    Cons

    - Corporate Politics
    - Career Growth will depend on your immediate supervisor

    Advice to Management

    - Make salary twice a month, instead of every month end.
    - Majority of HR tasks are now outsourced to the Marketing team. HR team are not reachable and accommodating. When you have an inquiry, whether small or big, even if it's urgent, you have to go through AskHR hotline. Its hassle and time consuming!
