Pros

Laid back environment Off at 2 on Fridays (First shift)

Cons

Machines break down often Maintenance team lackluster Entry level workers don't work, and supervisors don't supervise Lack of work leads to an excessive amount of layoffs

Pros

Honestly there are no pros, but if you want to work like a modern day slave for 1985 wages, be my guest & go to this plantation of modern era slave drivers.

Cons

Insensitivity at it's best. Rude, inconsiderate, & non empathetic to the needs of it's employees. I was let go after several funerals in my family came within a months time. Even with the proper documentation was pointed up, suspended without pay, & wrongfully dismissed for attending funerals of immediate family members...

Cons

Supervisors don't supervise Benefits are crap Pay is low Morale is low Turn over is high Bad workers are rewarded Maintenance department is awful
