Chaotic management. Wrong people at wrong positions. No promotions. No Position. No vision. No Mission. Flat hierarhicy for everybody except for two or three guys holding the same "undefined" position for the last 15 years. No-one can surpass them. The pay was good 7 years ago. Now its embarassing. You have no future there.
