Good product, salon access, some senior people are willing to try new things.
Cons
No clear direction, leadership is all over the place, no communication to the middle-managers or below, no culture at all unless you count endless stress, no clear path on how to excel at your role or where you can move up, no HR team. One senior leader speaks to her people like they are worthless and the other leaders let it slide.
