Marcella provides endless growth opportunities. I went from being an intern to head of a department in about 4 years while learning a tremendous amount along the way. Other pros include a hybrid schedule, a highly collaborative and inclusive environment, and the chance to do meaningful work - knowing we’re helping to provide educational funding to less privileged areas. Supportive and sympathetic leadership.

This year Marcella was the fastest growing fashion company in America. If a fast-paced, learn-as-you-go environment isn’t your thing, I would consider applying elsewhere. Being a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset is important. Those who enjoy that kind of environment will thrive here.
