Pros

it can still be a worthwhile experience for those interested in fashion and sales. The role offers valuable exposure to the industry and opportunities to develop customer relationship and sales skills. It's best suited as a short-term learning experience for individuals looking to build their resume and gain practical industry knowledge.

Cons

The company lacks organization, offers a heavy workload, and could provide more competitive compensation.

Pros

None. There are no positives. This is not a good place to work.

Cons

Do not work here. This company is completely unorganized, unstructured, and misleading about its experience and professionalism. • Claims experience but has none. Despite advertising decades in business, the company clearly lacks real industry experience. Decisions are amateur, short-sighted, and made without any understanding of proper business or fashion industry practices. • Fake “fashion company.” Although not technically a warehouse, the work environment looks and feels like a dirty, cluttered warehouse, which is unacceptable for a company claiming to be in fashion. • Owner is unfit to lead. The owner lacks social and leadership skills, micromanages excessively, and shows no vision, strategy, or respect for employees. • Sales team is incompetent and reckless. The sales team effectively runs the company and does so with zero strategy, zero planning, and zero accountability. Their impulsive decisions create constant chaos and directly damage production and operations. • Sales makes promises, others pay the price. Sales commits to unrealistic timelines and expectations, then leaves production to deal with the fallout. • Production department is disrespected and exploited. Production is given ridiculous workloads, unrealistic deadlines, and extremely low salaries. The department is treated as disposable labor rather than a core function. • Low pay, high stress. Compensation is far below industry standards, making this company suitable only for people who are brand new to the fashion industry and desperate for experience. • No structure or teamwork. Communication is chaotic, responsibilities constantly change, and departments operate in silos with no coordination or shared direction.

Pros

Marcus Adler is a small fashion company, there's a lot of greater learning opportunies I believe. I think this company is great for young people who are just getting started in their careers and still aren't sure about their path in life, it'd be one of the best times to grop and tuilise new skill sets.

Cons

I was bound to feel overworked and uderpaid which is the truth because I'm doing to job of more than one professional.
