pays you on time, peers were nice, made some friends and got some good learning opportunity

Cons

In my experience, there’s a lot of office politics, with some long-standing employees having undue influence due to their access to top management. Bonuses are deducted, and I faced unfair salary recommendations from my manager. This was my personal experience — think twice before joining if you prefer a politics-free environment.
