Pros
-Tons of room for growth, Danielle is a smart woman who I have learned many things about starting up a business -The response to your needs/concern are of a top priority -Room for growth! What is taught working for this company is so inspiring -CEO of company always has a positive attitude -All employees work really well with one another, although located in LA/NY, communication is pristine!
Cons
Only downside I can think of, and it's more of a personal issue of mine, is not being able to work in an office due to the Covid-19 pandemic!

- upper management truly cares about the company and wants to see you succeed -ability to express your own ideas and creativity -open and honest communication -lots of future potential - management really appreciates all work that is put in
Cons
Working for a smaller company means sometimes taking on other roles/responsibilities that are not under your "job description". However, the extra work that has been put in has ALWAYS been appreciated.
