Micromanagement at its finest under a strict liberal

The job is great when the owner Linds Dunn isn't in the office. She leaves a few times a year and you have peace in the office for a short time without being mocked, belittled, or shat on. Expect full responsibility, even if the boss makes the mistake.
Cons
5 days vacation and 5 days sick time for your entirety of working in the company. No more no less. 10 days total. Micromanaged by the owner in the Newport office position making work life very uncomfortable and stressful. The owner does not train. You should be going into this position with full knowledge of what you are going to be doing. Owner expects you to put in 110% while giving you 10%..... also, she only employees women. Not men. Listen to absolutely nothing all day in silence OR listen to Linda's liberal news stations all day.
