Employees won't get the equipment they need to complete their jobs effectively. Almost every employee is overworked and underpaid. Generally speaking, you would be take a ~$30,000 pay cut to work for Cuban. Your workplace is filled with people who were hired almost exclusively due to nepotism and have no problems backstabbing you out if they see a way to get a leg up. You may never get to meet Mark Cuban because he's never there and there are no networking opportunities with anyone worthwhile.

Mark simply doesn’t care about his employees and if you work for him you know exactly what I’m talking about. He will deliberately underpay you and build a “Follow Mark” culture. If you’re smart use the position to go somewhere else to actually build a career. Very disappointed and he only cares about headlines and staying relevant. I’m sure more stories will come out about how bad he treats people.
