      Super ekipa, fajna atmosfera, elastyczne godziny, można pogadać z szefem normalnie, klienci ciekawi i różnorodni.

      Cons

      Bywa zamieszanie z priorytetami, czasem wszystko jest “na wczoraj”, brak jasnych procedur na start, troche presja przy większych projektach.

      Pros

      A lot of freedom in design, team is really friendly and helpfull, tools are modern and you can always share your ideas. Management usually listens when you say something important. Projects are interesting and not boring at all

      Cons

      Sometimes deadlines are a bit too tight and project scope changes in the middle, which makes work little stressful. Communication between design and marketing could be more clear, sometimes feels messy.
