      - Ok benefits - if you do your work you have job security

      Cons

      - favoritism and corporate politics - bad Organization - 0 plans and layed out architecture - bonuses are based on favoritism and not work done - no one knows what's going on - info is delivered at the last minute before a deadline - 0 work from home, but the contracted company gets to leave whenever they want
