      Pros

      Free product, even that wasn't enough.

      Cons

      Where do I start. Leadership team is clueless on how to build a brand, especially an alcoholic one. No direction whatsoever. Everything is all over the place. This company will NOT be around passed this year. No one wants this pricey brand. The taste is not great either. Let go of 70% of their workforce. Sales are BAD!!!

      Hmmmm none. Maybe a few decent people in a flock of fakes.

      Horrible pay Lies lies and more lies The management is so unprofessional and only a few are qualified to do the job Welcome to Bai with alcohol. Not an original idea in sight.

      Not many. Team there is very ego driven and not a lot of collaboration.

      Trust me don’t work there. There is a line of great people who have been at that company and have left very quickly after joining. They really not a good organization move on
