Pros
Nothing is positive about the company. I would have given zero star. Do not join if you're passionate about your career growth. Only 2 or 3 experienced employees are working in the company except the directors.
Cons
They've hired a brainless HR, who don't know anything about the policies and his work. He's the most mannerless person in the company, can abuse anyone except their religious friends. The operations people have no knowledge about the work. They just want slaves to fill their excel sheets. Zero employee benefit. No hike. Be assured that you'll get fired for no reason before your appraisal.
