Pros

Working at Market Veep has been a genuinely positive experience overall. The biggest highlight is definitely the team. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and willing to jump in to help when needed. There’s a clear effort to maintain a positive culture, even in a remote environment, and that shows in how people communicate and work together. Initiatives like a fun virtual spirit week also help keep everyone connected and bring some personality and energy to a distributed team. Flexibility is another strong point — there’s a real sense of trust in employees to manage their time and workload, which makes a big difference day-to-day. The variety of projects and clients is also a standout. You get exposure to different industries and marketing challenges, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. There’s a good balance of autonomy as well — you’re given ownership over your work without feeling micromanaged.

Cons

One challenge is that much of the team operates in a different time zone (primarily EST), which can make scheduling and real-time collaboration a bit tricky if you’re based in PST. It’s manageable, but it does require some adjustment and flexibility in your schedule.

Pros

Working with Market Veep gives you the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive alongside a team that genuinely supports you every step of the way. Despite being fully remote, the sense of connection is exceptional—they prioritize integration and regularly organize engaging activities that make you feel like a true part of the team. If you’re a remote professional experiencing the isolation of working from home, Market Veep offers not only professional growth, but also a sense of belonging.

Cons

I wouldn’t consider this a "con"; it’s a well-organized company with different processes in place to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities and that work is completed efficiently. Getting familiar with them may take some time, but once you start working, it's easier to follow, and Management is there to support you as well.
