      Young company with ambition. Fun place to work with opportunities for foreign travel.

      Toxic, horrible culture. Management have clear favourites for no discernible reason, who are promoted and treated really well, and then everyone else is treated badly. Run by an insane meglomaniac tory (who rarely hires anyone non-white, make of that what you will), supported by callous drones. If you are an intelligent, remotely empathetic person with any sort of morals, avoid this company like the plague. They also massively underpay junior staff.
